Yoga - was ist das eigentlich?
Yoga basiert auf einer philosophischen Lehre des alten Indiens. Über die Jahre haben sich viele unterschiedliche Yogawege entwickelt, deren gemeinsames Ziel die Überwindung menschlichen Leidens hin zu innerem Frieden und Gleichmut des Geistes ist. Yoga ist ein ganzheitliches Übungssystem zur Erlangung körperlicher und geistiger Gesundheit. Im Yoga Refugium Welzin konzentrieren wir uns auf das traditionelle Hatha-Yoga (Yoga des Körpers) mit Körperübungen (Asana), Atemtechniken (Pranayama), Meditationsübungen (Dhyana) und einen kleinen Zipfel Karma Yoga. Schon nach einer Yogastunde wird Dir bewusst, was Yoga Dir bietet: das Ausgleichen und Ausbalancieren von Körper, Atem und Geist. Die rechte und linke Gehirnhälfte – Ha (Sonne) und Tha (Mond) – werden harmonisiert und die Wirkung zeigt sich Dir unmittelbar nach jeder Asana in Form einer wohltuenden Belebung.
