Der Raum des Zur-Ruhe-Kommens, des Innehaltens und des Lernens
Ausgestattet mit allem, was deine Yogaeinheit zu einer perfekten Reise zu Dir selbst macht, von der „normalen“ Yogamatte über warme Schafwollmatten zu bequemen Sitz-und Stützkissen, bis hin zu Augenkissen, Decken und speziellen Yogaelementen.
Während im Yogaraum die Konzentration auf die Yogaübungen, das eigene Erfahren im Mittelpunkt steht, stellt die offene Küche das gemeinschaftliche Zentrum des Yoga Refugiums dar. Hier werden die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam zubereitet und gegessen. Neben gesunder Ernährung steht hier vor allem der Austausch zwischen den Teilnehmern im Vordergrund. Jeder beteiligt sich an den notwendigen Tätigkeiten, um so das Gemeinschaftserlebnis zu stärken.
Zum Yoga-Refugium gehört auch der grüne Raum. Ein Teil davon wird vom Obst- und Gemüsegarten eingenommen. Hier auf dem ehemaligen Schulgarten des Dorfes pflegten seit jeher die Welziner Kinder Bodenbewusstsein und das Wirtschaften und Leben im Einklang mit der Natur.
Im anderen Teil des grünen Raumes hinter dem Yogahaus kann Dein Blick über satte Wiesen zum Horizont schweifen. Lausche bewusst den Geräuschen der Natur - sei es das Muhen der weidenden Kühe, das Gezwitscher der vielfältigen Vogelschar oder richte Dein Ohr nach innen, um zu hören, wie Körper, Geist und Seele die ruhige Stimmung aufnehmen und Du mehr und mehr ins Gleichgewicht kommst.
Dieser grüne Raum ergänzt Deinen Aufenthalt und vervollkommnet Deine Entspannung.
